Image Quality
For your edible images to look their best on cupcakes (or any print), the picture you send us needs to be clear and good quality. We recommend a file that’s at least 500 KB in size and 300 dpi. A quick way to check is to open the photo on your computer — if it still looks sharp and clear when it fills the screen, it should print nicely. If the image looks small, pixelated, or blurry, it won’t come out well on your cupcake toppers. If we think your file isn’t quite right, we’ll let you know before printing.
Sending Your Image
Once you’ve placed your order, simply email us your image. We accept files in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Please avoid sending Word, Publisher, or other text/graphic documents, as the formatting doesn’t transfer correctly.
